I am a Research Fellow in Professor Derk-Jan Dijk’s lab at the UK DRI Centre for Care Research & Technology (University of Surrey), where I try to evaluate and implement new technologies for the longitudinal assessment of symptoms and behaviour in people living with dementia. I am particularly interested in ultra-brief smartphone-based assessment of cognition, affect and sleep that can interoperate with wearables and nearables, as well as in secondary data reuse and harmonization in the service of drawing causal inference from cohort data on environmental and lifestyle factors impacting dementia outcomes. I joined the ECR Informatics Committee to help connect informaticians across UK DRI centres and to support those interested in computational dementia research.
